This home offers fantastic amenities to include four Smart TV’s, arcade and board games, and a Nintendo Switch docking station for endless entertainment. Guests will enjoy access to condo amenities including the community indoor pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and a kids play area.
Consider renting our 3 other units in this building for your group retreat! The other units have the exact same layout but vary in sleeping arrangements: Heights Meadow Ridge, Wouters Cabernet Chalet, and Anchor Point Condo.

- Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer
- Bathroom 3 (upper level): Full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, hair dryer
Outdoor Area: 1 parking spot in driveway and 1 inside garage

Bedroom 2 has a skylight that does that have a window shade
All Meadow Ridge Condo amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, etc.) are run by the Meadow Ridge Property Management Company. Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.
This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.
