We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spotless and very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. It comfortably accommodated our entire group, and the common areas made it easy for everyone to gather together for meals, games, and conversation. Everything we needed was provided, and its location made getting to and from activities in Egg Harbor a breeze. We'd happily book again for future gatherings and would recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

This place was great for a large group. The outdoor space is beautiful with fire pit and dining accommodations. The location being minutes from Egg Harbor was perfect, proving peaceful privacy but minutes from town for shopping, restaurants, etc. Everything we needed was provided.

The property was very spacious and with 5 bedrooms it was large enough to host 12 of us comfortably. We enjoyed the fire pit and we saw deer every day we were there. There was plenty of room in the kitchen /living room area for us all to be in there together. It was nice having two bathrooms and they were both very clean. The pictures of the property were very accurate. There were really only two small things to mention. The yard was very large but it would have been nice if it had been mowed since we had three kids that wanted to play outside. Also, we understood from the description that the property is in a wooded setting, so we expected to encounter some insects and spiders. However, there were significantly more spiders, inside and outside, than we anticipated. That said, we truly enjoyed the property overall. The location, setting, and home itself were wonderful, and we would absolutely rent this house again.

The property was great and accommodated our weekend wonderfully. it isn't to far from egg harbor but makes you feel in the middle of know where and it was wonderful! the firepit was great! only issue is that we did message asking about the indoor fireplace to see if that was operational and did not get a response back in regards to it! Other than that everything was wonderful!

Nice space with lots of sleeping room. The neighborhood was great - tucked away in the woods. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a few questions and minor issues, and they were fast to respond every time. Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful place to have a weekend getaway with friends! Very clean, in a beautiful neighborhood, and exactly as pictured. Our only complaint was that it got a bit hot, especially in the room with the bunks. We were not able to change the thermostat- but to be fair we did not reach out to the host for help so this may be fixable! Overall we had a wonderful and easy stay here and made great memories!

The property met our needs very well. We noticed on the first night that the upstairs area was quite warm. We attempted to work the thermostat but to no avail. The second night was warmer than the first so we called the host. They host checked with their team and we were told the upstairs air conditioning was not working. They told me there were fans and to open the windows. We were told it would be Friday before a tech could come out to fix it. After being more persistent they changed it to coming Wednesday afternoon. We were told we didn't need to be there.. We came back after they had been there and found the door was locked and we couldnt get in. After talking with the host we were able to get in after about a half hour. The ac had been fixed and it was cooler upstairs. But Wednesday there was a storm and it knocked the power out for about 4 hours. They had 2 flashlight but the batteries for both were very week. Overall it was a nice stay with a few hiccups.
