There was absolutely no Internet, so we could not watch TV all weekend every time he reached out each day they gave a different answer of how to fix it. It never worked. I never came out to fix the issue. I took a long time to get back to us with answers. Nothing happened.! The pull out couch bed was nothing but springs and a thin mattress pad that was too small for the bed!! Id like to get compensation for this stay!! Never again!

The overall property was great and worked well for our needs. I will note, the kitchen is small and a little dated. The oven temp does not seem to be accurate and not all of the lights work on the range so it was hard to tell if things were working or not. Other than this minor hiccup, things were great!

The condo is a good location, allowing walking downtown for dining and ice cream, (and shopping), as well as an easy bike ride to the fun Sunset Bike Trail in Peninsula State Park. The pool and hot tub was clean and nice and pretty quiet: only one other family used it while we were there over the weekend. We were disappointed that the advertised shared grill was not operational so we had to go to plan B (oven) for our burgers. A suggested improvement that I would have appreciated would be a more generous arrive time and checkout time, considering what we were paying for enjoying our stay: the warning of being charged 50 for early arrival made us afraid to even use the lock code before exactly 4 pm. That, and the difference in actual per night fee compared to what was advertised in the posting (even without all the extra fees) were our only negatives for this property. There were lots of fluffy towels provided. Make sure to bring your own coffee!

Very pleasant, clean, convenient, up to date 2 bedroom condo. Very well-equipped kitchen for a few easy meals in. Thoughtful touches, extra hairdryer, nice lighting, extra towel racks, great check in and easy check out. On Monday and Tuesday morning we had loud noise from construction immediately next door but fortunately the weekend was quiet.

We booked late (our fault) and didn't want to stay a full week in Door County during high season, so our options were limited. This place was fine. Clean, with some new updates (carpet, tile, paint) but its clearly very old. Old plumbing fixtures, old appliances and bathtub, hollow doors, etc. The biggest issue was that they said they had wifi. My husband works remote, so checking in is very important to him. Please know there is NO working wifi in this unit at all. We asked our first day and were slow played until the day before check out. They told us to "unplug the modem and replug" but it turns out there is no modem on property - wifi is shared with the complex (which we learned the afternoon before check out, so zero help). Also, note that laundry is shared with the full complex. When we were there, 1 washer (of 2) was out of service. We got lucky the first night and were able to do a load of wash ($2.25 washer, $0.25/10 minutes dryer) but weren't able to do more.

We understand the lack of reliable Wi-Fi is a concern, especially for those who need to work remotely. We do call out this detail in our unit description and check-in instructions to ensure guests are aware of the situation before arrival. This is a common concern throughout the entire county, especially during busy season. We're also sorry to hear about the issues with the shared laundry facilities. As mentioned in our listing, the washer and dryer are coin-operated and shared with the complex, but we regret that one being inoperable impacted your stay.

This property allowed us to walk downtown and to Peninsula State Park. We loved that! It’s walkable to the Swedish bakery and there’s a small shopping area across the street with a small coffee shop. The townhouse was a bit musty smelling but not horrible. Having two bedrooms was nice. The property

What a perfect location for easy access to our favorite town! The shops nearby are sooo cute and we loved having the option of swimming in the pool! It was quiet and spacious and easy to find! The WiFi wasn’t great, but we just used our LTE and got by ok! Thanks for a great spot!

We enjoyed our stay in Fish Creek. The condo was in a great location to walk or ride a bike to Fish Creek which has great restaurants and shops. The condo is older (not updated) but as described. TVs all worked great with streaming services and wiFi was good. Cell phone service (even over wifi) wasn't great. Would be very small for 6 people but for 2 it was fine.

This was our first trip to Door County. The location of the condo in Fish Creek was perfect. We enjoyed Fish Creek, but also the location made it quick and easy to explore all the towns up the coastline, and over to Baily's Harbor. The condo was exactly what we needed for the 2 of us, but would certainly be great for 4 people also. I loved being able to walk from the condo, to all the shops and restaurants and down to Sunset Park to watch the sunsets. We will certainly book this condo if we return to Foir County.

Nice Door County location. Easy to find and photos matched the condo. Clean space and well maintained. Seems a little dated with original tub, sinks, kitchen- making it a little overpriced. But I suspect it’s the going rate during the season in Door County.

This was a great place to stay in Door County. It was walking distance to some great restaurants in Fish Creek and not long car rides to other locations. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were there mid week, so it was very quiet. We did not eat any meals in the condo, but it looked well equipped to make meals if you choose. We also did not use the pool, so cannot comment. We had no issues with wifi, it was excellent. We had good communication with the owners. Everything was as advertised, no surprises. We would choose this place again.

We had several things wrong but nothing was done to correct them while we were there. I left a list on the table.
They were: no remotes in bed rooms, no laundry basket, light bulb out in dining area, very dirty dishwasher(drain plugged), etc.

Convenient location. Comfortable condo. Liquid soap containers almost empty, entryway was dirty inside and out and outdoor seating was very dirty so we didn’t sit outside. The pool looked very clean but we didn’t use it.

Everything was the same as the pictures show. I didn't need to contact the property owners while I was there, but they were very responsive to my questions before I arrived. Great location, close to everything without being right on the main road/in downtown. I would stay here again!

The rental was very clean and exactly as it was represented on the airbnb site. Near the main road but quiet with trees screening the rental. The hosts were good at responding to the few questions we had. The value was very good especially with the booking being very late in the season for Fish Creek. However I originally intended to book at the listed price but asked a question of the host first (quoting the listed price). They declined and I found that the next day the price had gone up about a lot (enough to make a difference of $500 in a 6 day stay). Subsequently I noticed the price for this unit fluctuated frequently and I eventually booked it for a little less than the original price which was good but I don't like the variable pricing. Finally the rules listed on the airbnb site are very lengthy and seem designed to protect the hosts from just about anything while leaving the guests with all the responsibility. The rules in the unit were much simpler and in my mind much more reasonable and the rules online changed a couple times while I was looking at this rental so I don't know if they are the final version but they are oppressive as they now exist.

I found our stay at Hilltop easy and convenient. Everything was there and we had our own separate rooms and lots of space below...lots of kitchen space !I We stayed 2 weeks and did our own towels vs hotel but the laundry was super easy and convenient near the pool. The fireplace stopped working while we were there and never got fixed but thats part of the world now without workers at the ready. Overall I would say it was one of the best places we ever stayed in Fish Creek. Has everything you need and super convenient! Upstairs bedroom doors open and you are a foot away from high stairs so if you have older guests or babies this might be hard.
