Welcome to La Dolce Vita, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Escape to The Sweet Life with this well- appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom retreat, for 8 guests. This 2025 new construction home offers guest brand new accommodations as well top-notch condo complex amenities including community indoor pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and a kids play area.
Consider renting our 5 other units for your group retreat! The other units vary in layout: Heights Meadow Ridge, Anchor Point Condo, are in the same building as this unit. There is also Indigo Meadow at the Ridge, and Glenlo Vines in an adjacent building. And in a third building we have Door Way Inn.

Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen size bed and skylight
Bedroom 3 (upper level): 2 Twin size beds
Additional Sleeping Space in loft: Queen size pullout bed
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (main level): Half bathroom
Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer
Bathroom 3 (upper level): Full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, hair dryer
Outdoor Area: 1 parking spot in driveway and 1 inside garage
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

All Meadow Ridge Condo amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, etc.) are run by the Meadow Ridge Property Management Company. Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.
