Door County is one of my favorite places to visit. The Cabin on Clark Lake was perfect for my daughter and me. It was cozy and had a great view of Clark Lake. Everything was clean and tidy. Linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. Thankfully it had a great WI-FI connection so I could deal with an emergency at work one evening. It was close to our favorite biking and hiking destinations: Cave Point, Whitefish Dunes State Park and the Town Hall Bakery and Cafe in Jacksonport! We had a lovely time even though we couldn't enjoy a swim in the lake due to cooler weather.

The lake is amazing! Super clear and perfect for swimming, fishing and going around on a canoe or kayak. The beds were comfortable and check in was easy. Some thing’s to note is that the hot water smelled very bad, I am not sure if that is normal or it needs to be flushed. The only other thing is that the front yard and dock are shared spaces with other cabins and we were unsure of what was for our use or not. When I reached out to ask about it to make sure we weren’t using things that we weren’t supposed to, I didn’t get a clear answer. We were mostly there during the week, so not many others around, which was nice. Overall, we had a nice stay, and enjoyed our time in Door County!

The cabin on Clark Lake is perfectly situated! It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the yard and the lake. We did have some challenges while we were there mostly due to strong storms. For planning purposes, the cell service was very spotty. The cabin is pretty rustic and could use some maintainence but was a beautiful location.

Our cottage on Clark Lake was a perfect getaway! The area is simply beautiful and the cottage is right on the lake, great for relaxing and listening to the gentle lapping of water on the shore. We enjoy the fire pit in the evening as well. The cottage was clean, and small. While there were no closets in the rooms, we were able to work through our temporary storage issues. Beware the shower is tiny! But all was worth it for the view and the quiet solitude. The wifi was perfect as well--the teen in our family was satisfied. Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely little cabin, however sulfur smell in water never went away. Nauseating. Very hard to get in water due to barriers. Too much duck poo and no rake to do away with it. Too much per night for what you had to put up with.

We loved our stay and the location was awesome. It was located in the middle of all the little towns. Lakeview was beautiful along with the sunsets. The only thing that was sort of a nuisances was the hot water smelled awful. Despite that, we would definitely stay there again

The cabin has an amazing view of Clark lake, every morning and in the afternoon seeing the lake and feeling the beauty of door county is worth it.
Beds are comfortable, and bathroom is fine.
The kitchen is well stocked, but very small.
We really liked that there were kayaks available for the cabin, it was great to go in the morning when the lake was undisturbed. well worth doing.

The location is beautiful, with views and access to the lake. It was only a short drive to most door county activities which made it the perfect home base for a door county vacation. The ability to use canoes and kayaks was very fun. Everything was just as advertised and looked just like the pictures. My only tip is that for the dishes, there are only 4 of many things (like bowls) although it sleeps 6, so you may need to bring some of your own kitchen supplies, cooking oil, spices, etc. The host was very responsive. We had one question while we were there and they answered immediately! It really is a beautiful and peaceful space!

Classic Door County cottage, clean and attractive inside and out. Several issues however. The dock picture which was our number one is not what we had. There were 4 boats on it pretty much blocking the lake and sunset view. The kitchen needs some improvement. No liquid measure cups or tablespoon. First place we stayed that had no shot glass. The skillets were awful, everything we cooked stuck All the dishes are plastic and quite cheap. The only way to turn on the light and fan in the main bedroom is to kneel on the bed. A little awkward for a 70 year old. Probably would come again but with some more kitchenware.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the Clark Lake Cottage! We've been to Door County multiple times but never stayed at a lake! It was the best of both worlds. If you are looking for a place to get away and enjoy time on the water this is the place. They had kayaks, a paddle board & canoe for guests to use. There were 4 of us that stayed here, 2 of them being teenage girls, and they loved the lake and also loved the bedroom with bunkbeds. Said it brought them back to when they were little and had bunkbeds and shared a room. Looking forward to someday coming back to this place.

Definetly booking again, the place was spotless clean, and the view that you have from the window makes every cent worth. Communication never was a problem and the instrucction were very clear. We sat in front of the lake and it is so relaxing that you can stay for hours. The lake is super clear, and the peace that is around its so awsome. We had a nice anniversary getaway. Our first trip to a Door County didn’t disappoint! Beautiful fall colors and lots to explore! PROS: The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. The views, especially sunsets, were gorgeous! Also, we loved the inclusion of kayaks and a canoe. CONS: We were looking for a private area so the pictures are a little deceiving. There are houses close on each side and with no curtains in the living room, there wasn’t a lot of privacy. The shower also is very small, so it’s a tight fit for adults. HOWEVER, we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax and enjoy the quiet. We spent a few evenings relaxing by the fire pit. We recommend this property for younger families looking for a fun trip with kids.

Very nice cabin on Clark Lake, right on the lake at level ground. Small, clean accommodation. We would highly recommend for couples or small families. Close to the things we wanted to do including trolley wine tour and visiting some of the small towns.

Great place! Great location and easy to access other areas from this location. The cabin was beautiful and there were a lot of options for playing on the lake. Hosts were very detailed in their instructions before arriving so there was no need to use them during our stay!

We had a reunion for our friends.. tye place much smaller than it looks in the pictures.. the bunk beds were too cramped .. I just chose for location.. unfortunately it was very cold and we lost power .. you can’t use toilet when that happens .. which is very difficult when you are there with multiple people. I should have looked for a place with little more space .. in the bathroom as well .

Small yet cozy stay. The location was great. The internet could be better. It rained everyday and wanted to watch Netflix but the signal kept freezing the movies. We did enjoy the kayaks the one morning it didn’t rain. The price was a bit elevated for the size of the place but we did book last minute so it was expected. Overall I would recommend.

The cottage was perfect for our family of 3, though it would work for larger families as well. We prioritize outdoor spaces over indoor when choosing a vacation rental and the outdoor space was nice. The fire pit, a nice dock, and green space were great, along with the shallow waters for younger children is perfect. The water is clear too-extra bonus points! If you are a sunset lover like me, the sunsets at this cottage are stunning. The cottage does have 4 kayaks which aren’t listed and that was a nice surprise. I loved having a washer and dryer in unit. There are other cottages in the same space but they are laid out well so it does not feel cramped. For things to do, we loved the beach in Jacksonport, which is very close. It has a white sandy beach with calm, clear, shallow waters for kids (and adults!) to play. Cave Point is also very close and we spent hours there exploring! Even my 6-yr old gave our vacation a 10 out of 10!

I stayed here with my teenager and my sister, and we had a wonderful time! We loved the location of the cabin and the activities to do right there on the lake. We had campfires every night, with a breathtaking view of the sunset as we started our fire. We were happy to easily find lots of places right along the road with pretty cheap firewood to buy. It was a cool weekend, but we still waded/swam a little bit, and the water was actually quite warm. It was my teen's first time kayaking, and she loved it! We also enjoyed the paddleboat. I had some questions about which boats we could use, and communication with the owner was very prompt. The one downfall in the cabin was that the shower is very small, so if you are a larger person or need to help bathe children, it would be a tight squeeze. The bedroom with bunkbeds was super cool to sleep in, even for me as an adult, and mattresses were very comfortable. The living room was also comfortable to hang out in and play board games. We enjoyed the spectacular views at nearby Cave Point County Park and walking on the beach at nearby Whitefish Dunes State Park. A few of our other favorite activities were walking on the rocks along the shore while visiting Cana Island Lighthouse and playing with kittens at The Farm. It was the first time in Door County for 2 out of the 3 of us, and we definitely hope to come again!

Cute, small cottage right on a lake, great for a girls’ getaway. Had everything we needed ( except for a dishwasher which would have been nice.) Appreciated the paddle not, kayaks, and canoe that were available. Chairs by the fire pit were broken though.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time here. Idyllic location with great views and lovely sunsets. Kids loved fishing and jumping from the dock. We’ll be back!

Everything went good renting this cabin I did delete a bunch of my emails and thought maybe I deleted one from them on how to check in so when I called their number they helped me right away

Our family was looking for a mid-winter getaway and loved staying at this cabin. Conveniently located near Whitefish Dunes and Cave Point. Cabin was cozy, with plenty of sleeping space. Seemed extra clean. Loved waking up and looking out on Clark Lake. We’d gladly stay again.

My three daughters planned a birthday trip for me to Door County. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival with check in instructions was very precise and easy to follow. The cabin was a great location with a GREAT view of the lake. The cabin was pretty well stocked, but could maybe use a few other items in the kitchen - like a simple Tupperware type pitcher. Sounds silly but we could have actually used one. Of course none of that detracted from our stay - we had a great time and our stay was very comfortable and was a great location to everything. The view of the lake was enjoyed in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend a stay for anyone’s trip to Door County.

Just as pictured, a cute cottage on Clark Lake. It was a nice and peaceful getaway before the kids started school.

Although this is a lovely place and we had a great time, we felt that it was over priced for the amenities. There was just two of us and it felt crowded. The rooms are very small and the shower was tiny. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and sitting by the fire watching the sunsets.
