Welcome to The Great Escape, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This custom-built log home has been updated throughout and offers private land, views of the bay and is just minutes from downtown Sister Bay.
Enjoy sitting on the front porch or overlook the expansive view from the two balconies this home offers. The sun-filled property offers an open concept great room with vaulted ceilings, wood beams, exposed log wall and beautiful stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Additionally, the home includes first and second floor bedrooms and bathrooms, a second-floor loft area with a sectional sofa that opens to a full size bed, a full kitchen with snack bar, dining area and work desk as well as first floor laundry. The 5 acres of land provides guests a private retreat as they enjoy the central location to explore all the beauty and adventure Door County has to offer.

- Bathroom 2: (upper level) Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer, connected to bedroom #2

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
