Overall the stay was pretty good! The home itself is beautiful. Location was good, firepit was a nice feature.

The large beautifully constructed modern cabin home was just as pictured. We had lots of room for family of 8 to gather and be together. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Host answered quickly when we notified host that microwave was not working and a few kitchen outlets were not working. It was great to be able to take our dog with, but there is no grass on the property anywhere -all gravel and mulch so that was challenging. House-bathrooms were clean, but stove and fridge need deep cleaning. Firepit was not ideal - needing a larger open area and sturdier chairs ( or even large secured tree stumps) for seats would have made that useable. All furniture inside and outside is needing to be updated. Window air conditioners in upstairs bedrooms need servicing.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The surroundings in the woods were beautiful with all of the wildlife. The "log cabin" was beautiful and spacious. All the appliances were very good and worked well. Thank you. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use. There was no "central air" so the bedrooms without window air conditioning units got warm.

Overall we did enjoy our stay. We were there with all of my friends to spend some time together before I get married. The house did fit all 9 of us but we did have quite a few issues. Immediately walking in there was dirt everywhere. It was obvious no one had vacuumed. We also found expired food in the fridge from the last guests. Check in instructions weren’t super clear. We had reached out to the host with some questions and they never responded the whole weekend until right before we were supposed to check out. Since this listing is so expensive I was disappointed that we had several issues and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help fix the situation. It obviously is run by a bigger company because there was no sense of organization. Several of the beds we had to make. We had been told there was wildlife around so I figured there would be a some form of first aid kit considering it was so far out of town and there was nothing. never been to an Airbnb where you have to bring your kit.

Overall, we had a great stay. The cabin had plenty of room for our group of 10, and we never felt like we were cramped for space. The cabin had lots of fun quirks and features and was set up as a great getaway location. The location is great: private but still within a 10-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. We had some maintenance issues that were never addressed during our week-long stay, mainly with aging appliances that had issues. We would recommend this cabin as a great place to stay and would stay again.

Our whole family, ages 6-75, loved this beautiful home and wished we could have stayed longer. It is beautifully furnished and maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and easily accommodated our family of 9 plus our 2 dogs. Our kitchen had all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances we needed and the table was big enough for all of us to sit together. We enjoyed sitting in front of the rustic fireplace in the evenings, watching movies and munching on popcorn, so relaxing. The location is very convenient to many of the outings we like to go on, most of the time we were only a 10-15 minute drive away. The screened in 3 season room was a relaxing place to sit and read while enjoying the sounds of the surrounding woods. We are anxious to return soon for another stay.

We enjoyed the privacy of the home and its location was suited well for us to enjoy a couple meals at favorite spots around Door Co. It was also nice to be able to bring the family pooch and the bedroom configuration fill our needs. There was an issue with not being able to use some of the electrical outlets. Plenty of local spots to pick up firewood and we did enjoy the fireplace.
