We had a wonderful time! The back yard is huge and fenced in. There is a nice area with a fire pit and plenty of chairs are available. The location is great! A very quick drive to all the sites we wanted to see. Simple Life Rentals staff were very responsive to any inquiries or communication. I wish owners and rental agencies would stop raising prices so dramatically though. They might price themselves right out of business. We would very much love to keep coming back to these places with our family, but it may become too expensive.

Was the perfect place for our large group. We had 22 adults and did not feel cramped at all. (Even in the rooms.) very conveniently located and near the beach and lots of shopping. would absolutely recommend staying here for a group putting.

This house fit lots of people and the fenced in backyard was great. Although it is right on a busy road, the home feels secluded. Communications were slow when wifi went out and considering it was wedding morning, that was a bit frustrating, but it was overall a fun place to stay at and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

This is the second year that my group of 24 women has stayed in this house. There was a little issue with the refrigerator door not sealing, but it was handled immediately. The only reason that we would have for not renting again is that our group is getting larger and we may outgrow this house by next year.

The Westeros property is unique with it being 2 houses joined together into one-obviously some architectural planning went into the project, and it is charming! Having 2 kitchens, plenty of living room areas, abundant bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it easy for our group of 12 to be very comfortable. The location made it easy for walking into town, and close drives for anything we wanted to do in Door County!

Overall, as a large group - we enjoyed the house and its location. Loved the large backyard and the multiple sections and kitchens. The house was pretty clean minus the extremely large pile of towels in the drier that one of us ended up folding. The house needed more toilet paper and tissue paper. We started having to reduce bathrooms toward the end to accommodate toilet paper for 15 people. The coffee makers are getting old and take a very long time to brew. The north side upstairs bathroom sink drains slowly. Some small fixes overall.

We enjoyed staying at the property with our large family. The two kitchens turned out to be a great advantage with children ranging from teenagers to infants. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great too. We enjoyed the surroundings and had wild deer visit multiple times. It was an easy walk to town to enjoy their local festival. The property helped make us an enjoyable weekend get together.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The layout of the house well suited our group of 3 families with young children Lovely large backyard. Having 2 kitchens was a plus! I would say housekeeping could be a bit improved. For example the coffee pot had not been cleaned out, dust under furniture and a dirty entry rug.Also general upkeep as we encountered some very minor problems; door handle falling off, curtain rod brackets coming off the wall and broken kitchen utensils. In general things were very good and we would likely book again.

The house was perfect size for large group. Plenty of room for being together and still have some private space. Nice outdoor space as well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Just a few suggestions to make improvements for next guests Highest level and upper level bathroom did not have toilet paper and not all bedroom had towelsin them. The highest level bathroom did not have lightbulb in the fixture. There were no garbage bags. 2nd kitchen no working coffee pot.
